@neotechnomad I have downloaded the WP 4.4 and then upload the files to hosting then run the upgrade again so now my wordpress core is 4.4.1 which is shown at the right bottom of admin area. Hope that there will be no more issues.

@dapertapir well the problem was solved for me by uploading the core files of WP. My images were 300x400pxl and were around 127kb size.

@dapertapir I have restarted the Apache several times and my memory limit is 128M before the error and still the same.

Solved by downgrade the wordpress version. If someone still facing this issue I would recommend you to revert the wordpress version to previous version.

Google it on how to downgrade the wordpress.

Do not delete wp-content folder and also copy the detail of the sql database info. for to put that back again.

This issue was started after the upgraded to 4.4.1 before this never happened like this.
I already have done the deactivated the plugins and activated the 2015, 2014 even 2011 still same error.

Well the “http error” was shown twice when tried to upload image as featured image. But now it’s now showing “http error”, now showing https://postimg.org/image/n23s0fvhr/ as in screenshot.

plugins list are as below
1.Akismet
2.google adsense by google
3. use any font by Dinesh Karki

using WPZOOM Lite theme

and nothing else.

I tried to change the setting of the media and mark Uploading Files

Organize my uploads into month- and year-based folders was still scrunching and error was showing same result. So I unmark that back but still no luck.
By the way I am using VPS for the hosting this website.

No there are no such plugins or even .htaccess file in wp-content/uploads folder.
Should I install the plugins?

3. when tried to open the media button for to add image into post then it’s just showing the loading circle and no images are showing.

4. tried to open the media library for confirming the uploaded images but it is only showing when I tried to click on listview but not showing in gridview
