I should restate the problem. On the WooCommerce product edit page, the PPOM Fields tab is visible, but the meta groups that I have created previously are not available – only the PPOM Demo Field is available. Similarly in the PPOM Meta List, only the PPOM Demo Field is available.

I am experiencing this on the latest Firefox (89) only (Windows 10 and macOS Catalina). I do not experience it Brave (Windows 10 and macOS Catalina), Edge or Safari. Sometimes a page will display as expected after showing the preloader, but then subsequent pages will not display once it has failed. Exiting the browser will sometimes solve the problem – until it inevitably re-occurs. Disabling the plugin solves all page loading issues.

Note: My theme is Astra, and I read the posts with similar issues and reviewed your FAQ before adding the above post. I don’t have any template instances showing All Singular, though some show All Archives. Thanks.

I didn’t notice any difference after downgrading to version 3.5.2. Still can’t get a new instance to work. The pre-existing ones still work.

I am on 3.5.3.2, Changing the Insert Method had no impact – I toggled the TinyMCE/Gutenburg options as well, but still no output on the new page.

I do not use any role editors, have not implemented any role customization, and believe the only installed plugin that adds roles is WooCommerce.

With all plugins deactivated and customization removed from functions.php the issue persists.

Thanks for checking – it was/is enabled, I have been able to use it. It is just editing User roles that is an issue.

CRM Manager and CRM Agent are not in the list of selectable roles on the User edit screen, but Accounting Manager and HR Manager are in the list.

In looking for a reason why CRM Manager and CRM Agent were not in the list, I found the checkbox for CRM Manager Role section on the User edit screen (there are no checkboxes for Accounting Manager or HR Manager). After checking/unchecking it, CRM Manager and CRM Agent are still not in the list of selectable roles after saving the changes (after trying it again, it did add the roles displayed on the User list screen, but still not available in the User edit selectable roles list).

Is this the intended behaviour?
