Click on top right corner view my profile button and than click on edit profile it ask you for Gravatar.com

create account there and and choose whatever avatar you like you can also used your own image too

its very simple just open the menu setting in the WordPress back-end and select the page which you dont want to show and drag it to the left pages section or remove it from there and click save button that will not shown on your front menu

according to appearance you should have two menus on your back end so remove from where you want and drag and drop where you want to placed

it depends upon site and coding if you have theme which offers you to remove that title bar you can do it

just read the or check theme setting otherwise the simplest solution is to disable from the coding section on editor first do check the code using google chrome inspect function
