Yes vikram2030 its silly but it did solve the problem.I further saw that even if you login through another profile it gives the same error.worst after logoff re-login and activation deactivation…it still gives the same error.
finally this is how it worked for me
I logged off from facebook.
de-activated the plugin.
logged off from WordPress
cleared the browsing data.
logged in to wordpress.
went to plugin settings page inside settings.
saved it again.
tried updating the published post which was giving errors.
i logged off the WP and went to the page.
It worked for me like this.
