You need to create a condition.
1. Click Tab Condition (under Form Settings, Save Form)
2. Click Add Conditional Group > Name Your Condition
3. Type: Show
Then click Add Conditional Line
4. Set Condition
If (your field) contains (correct answer)

This mean submit button is disable default. If the answer contains correct answer, the button will enable ??

Hey @tallmale . It is difficult to help without screenshot or form url.
You can try checking PHP Version, try deactivate all plugin except Caldera Form and try again.

Twenty Twelve has 2 H1: Site Title & Page Title.
You can change Site Title: H1 > P (or H2, H3,…)
(Appearance > Editor > Theme Header – header.php > change <h1> and </h1>

You need to create a Conditional Logic for mail.ru
For eg.
Forms > Conditions > Add Conditional Group
Name: Disable Submit Button
Type: Disabled
If {email_fields} contains mail.ru
> Disable Submit Button
