Thank you for your reply. I resolved the issue. I logged into the old site directly and saved Permalinks twice and the import completed.
All-In-One WP Migration worked perfectly.

Thanks for the update and I am glad you were able to get assistance and resolve your problem. You would think the developers would be able to find some resolution to this issue as it appears common. Too common, in fact. One should not have as many occurrences of the white screen as they have and not remedy the cause(s).

Hopefully others will find this thread useful in the future.

I did not receive a lot of help here, which surprised me.

I finally decided to restore the site from a backup, which essentially removed the Ninja Firewall. I renamed the site files and the firewall in FTP and the problem was solved.

Once the backup was fully installed the site was restored. I went with a less aggressive firewall and it’s been working fine.

Thanks for your reply. I had turned the PopupAlly plugin OFF late Friday due to the issue of opening a tab and linking to Google+.

I turned it back on just now (SUNDAY AM PST.) PopupAlly is active. I will leave it on for the day so you can observe what I am describing.

Followup Question: If I am reading your solution correctly, the existing /wp-admin and /wp-includes folders should be deleted PRIOR to copying new /wp-admin and /wp-includes folders from a fresh, clean WordPress copy, correct?
