Thank you for the reply and sorry for my late.

The case is, this website had been left alone for two years, now it was given to me to solve the problem because “nothing works”. ??

I updated everything which was available to be updated – the plugins, the theme, the WordPress version and PHP version.
Savoy theme is up to date now, but it has a couple of its native plugin and they seem not to be developed anymore, there was no update for them – so I turned these plugins off, none of them reports an issue in log file now (they did previously).

Your plugin is a great tool and honestly I prefer much this free plugin to a premium one which we’ve considered to buy to solve the problem, the functionality of your plugin is the best on the market for this website. This is why I’d want to make it work again.

So I updated all the plugins (despite of the ones which had to be turned off, but they had no strategical meaning, it’s something for social media and a woocommerce wishlist, we don’t need to use these plugins). And the mentioned issue with function get_id()?still exists after the updates.

Of course you’re right, but I am not sure if the “devil” hides in those plugins.

But how to rescue my old site?
If I am to duplicate it, the site must be free of problems.

Some update to the topic:

I have two hostings, I don’t know the exact differents between them but they are, so called, competitive offers.
One of them is the one I talk about here and the event page works bad with any theme.
On the second hosting I installed the same environment and it all works perfectly.

The problem definetely seems not to be connected with the theme, for a while I changed theme to another and on this problematic hosting it still works bad.

The browser console gives me this:

Can anybody help me to find what’s going on here?
Unfortunately I don’t know JS at all, so I cannot understand what does the browser console say and how to eventually fix it.

My first thought is that there is some service missing in the hosting, but the operator is not helpful.

The PHP version is the same (5.6) on both hostings.

I downloaded the theme directly from your website, not from www.ads-software.com – this was the first I’ve done after having this issue. Unfortunately the problem still exists.

In the customization I see a “slider section” now, I set three different images and on my home page I see the first of them, displayed well, but with no bulls at the bottom. The arrows are not working, nothing happens.

I see the slider in my (newest free version) theme is different than in the free demo.
There are no bulls at the bottom to change slides, also the side buttons are different. In the themo the big left and right buttons sections are called in code “flex-prev” and “flex-next”, mine are called “flex-prev-disabled” and “flext-next-disabled”.

Looks like the slider works in a pro version only, right?

I have the same problem with big title section instead of a slider.
There is no “frontpage” template in the theme – I found this template in one of the previous versions, but there is a lack of slider in it.

Thank you for your answer.
This is a normal WP 4.3.1 installation, I called it “test one” because I use this single installation to check plugins and other things. So this is a newest WP with only one other plugins installed, on a theme Twenty fifteen. It’s online on my ftp.

The issue occurs when uploading a picture in a frontend. I created a single upload form, there is not any option of duplicate image while uploading. Besides this issue the plugin is working fine.

My Contest Gallery is working with an Ultimate Member plugin and the upload form was created on one of it’s tables – I want my site users to be able to make their photo galleries. It works well, uploads in fact a picture one time (there is no duplicate in media library). But the uploaded pic is displayed twice (the whole form with title and review). Before uploading the form is single.

Tried everything I could (I think), still “Forbiden”.

I always try to avoid using many plugins, so the answer for the emoticons plugin is: no, there is not any ?? also Jetpack is set not to change such signs into emoticons.
