In reply to: [Cookie Information | Free GDPR Consent Solution] Privacy Policy Page BlankI wasn’t looking for extra services regarding the Privacy Policy:). I was following instructions from a video of how to install the plugin. It seemed like there was a ready made template that was installed after the plugin. I have rechecked it and now I see that I have to use my current privacy policy as the template and go from there.
Thanks for responding back Donny:).

In reply to: [Sydney] Sydney mobile page completely different from desktopThank you for your response Roman. I have corrected the color on the menu button. However, the black background I was referring to is showing up on the menu directly from viewing it on my iphone instead of the viewing it from the mobile version from my desktop.
In other words, if I’m on my desktop and I check the changes on my mobile view I see the menu button only, which is good. But, if I actually look at my website directly from my iphone, there is a black menu bar with white text that is partially covering the header slider images.
Unfortunately, I cannot send you a screenshot of my phone but if you wouldn’t mind looking at the website from your phone, you will see what I mean.
I was hoping to change the black menu background to something more transparent so that the images below can still be seen.
Thank you again Roman.

In reply to: [Sydney] Sydney mobile page completely different from desktopFollow up: I came across this thread:
and applied the css code awan suggested. #mainnav-mobi {
display: block !important;
float: none;
}
#mainnav-mobi ul li {
float: none;
display: inline-block;
padding: 0 14px;
}
#mainnav-mobi ul li a {
position: relative;
float: left;
padding: 0;
}The menu now shows up but…
it is cutting across the front page pictures and heading text. Is there a way to tweak the code to make the black background of the menu more transparent?
Thank you Roman.

In reply to: [Sydney] Sydney mobile page completely different from desktopThank you so much Roman.
Disabling the mobile feature changed the appearance of the mobile site! However, I noticed that the menu does not appear on it on any of the pages.
I will have to figure out how to help visitor navigate the mobile site another way.
Thanks again Roman.

In reply to: [Sydney] Customize Testimonial Length & Font on Front PageThank you Roman for your response and your advice! I have fixed the font issue. Thank you for that!
Concerning the ‘read more’ tag. I specifically wanted an excerpt to show up on the home page that is in the middle of the long testimonial. If I use the read more tag, it will be showing too much content before getting to the part I want to highlight.
I put the excerpt I wanted in the testimonial area ‘excerpt’ section but it is not showing. I cleared all cache to make sure everything is running well but it did not work.
The content I specifically wanted to highlight for the home page is this:
“There are at least two significant benefits I have attained from working with Brenda. My financial bonus and promotion came as a direct result of providing these presentations. I also am truly satisfied: I love teaching, and now I have the tools to be a better teacher.”
and then I wanted the read more tag after that. How do I achieve that?
Thank you for your help Roman.
