In reply to: [Printful Integration for WooCommerce] Unit of sizeThanks for the feedback! Currently the default sizes for posters etc. are in inches. In cases where centimeters are used, it’s mentioned explicitly. I have passed this feedback the responsible team and we’ll look into improving this experience.
Hey,
1) The plugin actually stores very little in your database, just couple of settings. In the case of connecting to a different store all you got to do is delete the API in plugins settings and hit save. Then you can re-connect.
2) This should not be happening. At least I was not able to replicate this. Maybe this is related to your theme?
Anyway, thanks for the feedback! We’ll work on improving the experience in future releases of the plugin.

In reply to: [Printful Integration for WooCommerce] Is this plugin compatible with WP 5.0?Hey,
Before updating I suggest that you read the WooCommerce guide to 5.0. They suggest that you update WooCommerce before updating WP.
Currently are no know issues with compatibility with 5.0. Our testing did not reveal anything and there have been no complaints for customers as well. With WordPress each users experience may differ since everyone is running their on servers etc. so make sure you take precautions like doing a backup and testing on a staging site.
Hey,
Once you push products from Printful to WooCommerce they are just like any other products on your store. There shouldn’t be any problems with Printful products if your other products work fine.

In reply to: [Printful Integration for WooCommerce] Old Connection and Can’t ConnectCan you try another browser? The plugin does not do any fading in/out so, the source of this issue must be somewhere else.

In reply to: [Printful Integration for WooCommerce] Old Connection and Can’t ConnectHey,
The plugin still has your old API key saved. Go to plugin Settings, delete the api key from it’s text field and hit save. Then you should be able to connect again from start.

In reply to: [Printful Integration for WooCommerce] port 80/443Basically we use default cURL HTTP/HTTPS for API, so 80/443 should be fine. I have not heard of any cases with port related problems if HTTP/HTTPS is open.

In reply to: [Printful Integration for WooCommerce] port 80/443Hey,
The standard 80/443 ports are used.
Hi!
Thanks for the feedback! We have this in our plans, but we won’t be able to commit to a date when this might become available at this point.
Hey,
First of all, sorry for late response!
The plugin itself does not leave anything behind after you remove it, so it is very unlikely that any problems might come up after removing it. We need to take a closer look at your case, to determine the real cause of the issues and if they are related to the plugin. Please contact our customer support over at https://www.printful.com/support and provide then with a link to this topic and URL’s etc to your site.

In reply to: [Printful Integration for WooCommerce] How do I do a clean install?Hey,
The plugin itself does not store anything apart from your API key and other basic settings which you can see and edit in it’s settings. So there isn’t much to reset. If you still have the old API key in the plugins settings, delete that and hit save.
Hey screenedinart,
Sometimes security plugins or server setup issues block incoming API connections which also causes Printful not to be able to connect. To know what went wrong in your case we would need to know your Printful account details as well as wordpress address. Could please contact our support (https://www.printful.com/support) and provide this information as well as a link to this topic? I’m sure we can figure out the cause for this issue in no time.
