Hey gotsnow,
I do not understand why would you need two versions of all products? To have ones that are Printed on Demand and others – the same exact shirts that you keep in stock?
Can you please contact our support, give them a link to this topic and provide your accounts details for Printful so we can look at this in more depth?
Thanks.
No, sorry you can either enable all of the WooCommerce shipping methods or none of them. But you could try looking into Shipping classes to setup different rates for different products. https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/product-shipping-classes/
Hey,
Nowadays you can use the plugin freely with both Printful and non-Printful products. Just make sure that you have setup shipping and tax rate options that can be used for non-Printful products since the automatic Printful shipping and tax rates will only apply to Printful products.
If a customer will add both types of products to cart, they will be split in shipments and the customer will be able to pick a shipping method for both shipments separately.

In reply to: [Printful Integration for WooCommerce] Localization and other productsHey,
1) We have plans for adding support for WordPress localisation files, but I currently can’t give a definite answer about the time frame when this might go live. But thanks for your interest and we’ll definitely take this into account as a feature request!
2) No, that’s not a case at all. You can have Printful and non-Printful products without a problem. Most of the stores using this plugin are exactly like that. About a year ago there were some problems related this, but it’s not the case anymore.
3) Have not heard any feedback about his particular plugin.
Hey,
I’m glad you managed to figure this out on your own. Let me know if you have any other questions about using our plugin. If you have more general questions about Printful then you can also contact our customer support.

In reply to: [Printful Integration for WooCommerce] Products not Showing up on Site.Hey,
The posters seem to be showing up ok now. If there are any further issues with syncing products, please contact our customer support here: https://www.printful.com/support
If you have any questions about the plugin specifically don’t hesitate to ask ??
No, unfortunately it isn’t. Only the Printful store from which you use the API key will provide shipping rates for it’s synced products. All other products, even from other Printful stores will not get the live rates.
Hey Lindy,
Please contact our support (https://www.printful.com/support) and provide link to your store. To investigate this properly we’ll need to take a deeper look at your store, server logs etc.
Btw, one common case that we see a lot is that customers try to use Printful shipping rates for products that are not synced in printful. The plugin will only return rates for synced products because only then we know the exact size/weight etc.
Hey,
This works fine on our test site. I think we need to move this conversation to a more private channel. Can you please write to [email protected] and include a link to this forum topic? Please also include an example that failed to work for you – which two products and what delivery address.
Thanks!
Hey,
Printful only syncs products that have product type simple or variable and that are not checked as virtual or downloadable. If you need to attach a file download to the product you must do so using other methods. There might be a plugin out there that provides this feature, but unfortunately I will not be able to give specific recommendations.
Let me know if I you have any other questions ??
Hey,
Yes you can! Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Printful Shipping in your wp-admin. Uncheck – “Disable standard Woocommerce rates for products fulfilled by Printful”. Now you can add free shipping in your WooCommerce Shipping zone settings and it will be displayed alongside Printful rates.
Let me know if you have any other questions regarding shipping ??
Hey,
Thanks for taking the time check the most common causes for this yourself!
I went your site and tried to get shipping rates for the following address:
Country: US
State: New York
Zip: 10001And it worked fine. Please ensure that the address you enter is valid – the zip code must match the state etc. otherwise the shipping rates can’t be loaded. Let me know if any other issues come up ??
Hey,
It’s less about specific metrics that hosting providers list on their marketing pages and more about speed that they can provide. For the cheaper hosting plans your server will not get very much resources and thus problems like this one – where product push fails because the sever simply does not respond are possible.
One of the entry level hosting options that Printful recommends is siteground.com. You can make a test site there for a month and see if improves things. You should be able to get one month for like $10. https://www.siteground.com/features/wordpress-hosting.htm
Hey,
Karlis from Printful here.
First of all, thanks for the detailed description! I checked your stores logs on Printful and it looks your server is very consistently failing to respond in time to product pushes. This means that it’s not a bug with Printful, but with your WordPress/hosting environment. I’m sorry to say, that if you server does not respond we simply can’t do anything about that – it’s out of our hands. Only your hosting company can help in this case.
We have seen a number of cases with issues like this and it usually comes down to having a hood hosting. While very affordable, Goddady has a lot of problems. For e-commerce store, a professional level hosting is a must. We usually recommend our customers to go with WP Engine. It’s not cheap, but it’s one of the best options out there.
Hey,
Karlis from Printful here.
Are you sure that the US address you are trying is correct? You can verify the address using this tool.
Couple of other things to try:
1) Try a different address in US;
2) Try to delete WordPress transient cache or wait for 10mins for the cache to clear by itself;
3) Disable any plugins that might interfere with WooCommerce shipping in any way.If none of that helps, the issue is more likely to come from your settings in Printful or your integrations between Printful and WooCommerce. Please contact Printful support and they will assist you in fixing this.
