Their theme included a “bps-form-legacy.php” template… i replaced with yours original, allow multi search form, allow co-existing same profile field.. now.

They messed up…. ;(

i was thinking , it will be good for movie release date, a show, a play. a product that people care about which year it was made.

for example there’s a field of a movie/show release date, so people could use to match search by month for upcoming/past shows in a certain month.

and as for people, some people like to match same year, certain year born friends; ) lol. cuz same age, sometime, doesn’t mean they born in same year. lol.

I always looking to try search people who’s born in certain year, certain month on some social network, but, not much social network do that kinda match… since a age profile field contains mm/dd/yyyy… should be a way to match mm && yyyy.

just a thought. ; )

So what i meant about this option was:

for example, there’s a date field i have,

on your “Form Fields” settings:

Field: Label: Description: Search Mode
Age … … is / range /age range

on the search mode , maybe there’s more options like:

is / range / age range / match year / match month

when you select the mode as match year

on front end, the search field will have selects of months,
or just a textfield for input year (xxxx) to match searching.

I would looooove to have that. ; ) if possible. ; )
