@webdevmattcrom – That is fantastic news. Thanks for keeping us informed.
I was liking all of the plugin’s abilities, but after my site host tried to help with this AJAX issue by adding a Nginx conf, I kept experiencing extremely slow page loads (ave 1 minute!) or 504 Time Out messages. I’ve decided to abandon my try-out of the Give plugin for now and move on to other options.
@DevinWalker – My Admin AJAX: Inaccessible
I’ve passed on your message to Flywheel support.@humanfrequencies – Thanks for going as far as creating a dummy site on Flywheel. Yesterday folks at Flywheel created a rule in Nginx so that my account could access admin-ajax.php, though the warning message continues to show. Can you tell me how to find the access.log on Flywheel? Does it require shell access? I’ve also passed on your message to the support team there.
+1 on this issue.
My hosting company is FlyWheel. They have given my account access to admin-ajax.php. I have cleared site and browser caches, and yet I still see the message:
“Give needs to upgrade the database but cannot because AJAX is not functioning properly. Please contact your host and ask them to ensure admin-ajax.php is accessible.”I am testing this plugin out for possible use with a fundraiser happening soon. Any ideas of fixes to try are most welcome.

In reply to: [Polylang] Archive Intro TextFound resolution to my own problem. Polylang does indeed allow for mulitple languages of Archive Headline & Archive Intro Text. My problem turned out to be that I was using the Genesis theme’s Archive Headline & Intro fields, when I thought I was using the same-named fields from WordPress.
Hi Justin,
That version of FTS you gave me the link for totally worked! My FB & Instagram feeds are both back to working as expected.
Thank you thank you thank you.
Appreciate all the help, especially for us non-premium users.
I deactivated all plugins except for FTS. In that state, my feed shows fine when I’m logged in but when I’m not logged in it still shows:

Looks like instagram’s API down. Please try clearing cache and reloading this page in the near future. If it continues try adding your own API Token to the Instragram Options page of our plugin.I guess my next step is to ask my hosting service for help, and then if no luck reverting my site to pre-5/17/15 FTS update condition.
Oh yes, empty the FTS cache and my browser cache and the cache option from my hosting server were the first things I did. I did also deactivate and delete the plugin, and then re-installed. Did all that before I re-checked my tokens.
Hi Justin,
I couldn’t figure out how to set a private post on your other support forum, but I’m not a premium user. Here are the further details…SHORTCODES USED

`My site was under attack for over 48 hours, and has finally stopped. I’m glad I have WordFence to help alert and protect. I tried the htaccess solution sdayman suggested, but it had no effect. I must have done it incorrectly or my hosting service overrides my htaccess file. I also installed BruteProtect, as kwd mentioned it. I saw no immediate change, but 10 hours after install my attacks have stopped. I don’t know why the attacks have ceased but I am very relieved.
@colleen – I was able to go to your link and log in successfully as test. I got the ‘you are now logged in’ message.
@sdayman – Thanks for sharing that .htaccess idea. Going to try that right now. My site been under attack for the past 40 hours and the log of attempted logins and newly blocked IPs is ridiculous.
@colleen & @kwd – From additionally using ThreeWP Activity Monitor I’ve discovered attackers also be trying to log in via IP addresses that WordFence doesn’t block (whitelisted, internal, IPv6), so sdayman’s suggestion looks really good to me.
@guillaumedeschamps Your code snippets worked perfectly for me. Glad to have tagging now since categories don’t always apply. Thanks for posting.
