The problem is that when we save a variation of a variable product when the page is refreshed, variation is not set, and it shows again Add to Wishlist. Is there a way to “force” to choose on of the product variation if none is selected ? Thanks

Certo. Estava a acontecer porque já tinha um cart?o de crédito guardado (pelo woocommerce payments) e por tanto esse aparecia selecciona por defeito. Obrigado

In reply to: Print HTML comments in the headerThanks, but that doesn’t work. It doesn’t print the html comment. I tested changing echo “kkk <!– $data –>”; and it only prints the kkk.
I’ve found the source of my problem. I use the smartmag theme and the problem is the Default Slider (a slider with a carousel animation). I’ve changed to a no-animation slider and now it’s all working.
I’ve found the problem by first change to a default theme, and then looking for any kind of animation to find the javascript problem.
Ah there’s one more. On the settings on my theme “Images Fade In (On Scroll)” that I had to turn off.

Guys any solution ? I’ve been exchaning emails with support but their solution is “deactivate plugin one by one to see where is the conflict” or “deactivate pin hover image settings” . I have never had the Pin Hover image enabled (as it never worked for me) and I’ve just deactivated all plugins (except social warfare) and clean cached and still the problem persists.
Does anyone have an alternative to recommend? This is getting too painful to continue to pay and use.
is there an alternative where we can set the title and description, and the images for facebook and pinterest ? Thanks in advance

I have no connection to mailpoet whatsoever, stumbled upon the topic by coincidence. I even forgot what this topic was about, just got a notification from your @ mention.

Just wanted to let you to know this kind of attitude is not helping anyone. People spend countless hours to make these things, and people make mistakes. And it seems they took the time to help you out after the incident and got it sorted out. So, I’d say this is a perfect case where a vote changing is due.

Personally I would not vote 1-star to anything that havent brought my entire site down. In which case, I still may not vote 1-star because while it might have brought my site down, it probably havent those of other hundreds. just my 2 cents.

Your first and only comment on this thread was “So I guess you should consider changing your vote then :)” . Do you consider that this adds any value to the thread ? In my opinion, those words are not even worth 2 cents.My vote was a consequence of something that happened.
MailPoet find a nice, clean and easy way to restore my subscribers data. But, still the problem happened and I’m dealing with the consequences right now. I’m still getting emails of my unsubscribed customers saying “I have unsubscribed from your list why I’m getting more emails ?”
And that is something you can’t change, already happened .
So @mailpoet Staff and @eminoziem I’ll not change my vote.
@mailpoet if you don’t want this kind of votes, be more careful when you touch sensible data like customers emails.
Forgot to mention … I’m using MailPoet Premium .I have finally the problem solved.
After a good communication with MailPoet Support team, they have found an easy and fast way to solve the problem.
Everything is good now.
What happens if the unsubscribed users complaint about my emails as SPAM since they have unsubscribed ? Can I get into troubles ?
