What does it have to do with the plugin?
Hi newoldcars,
sorry to see that you have problems with the plugin. It looks like PayPal IPN was down and after the payment went through your license was not activated. This should work now and the license should be activated already.Regards,
PawelWhen the plugin is deactivated it cannot alter any looks. Every time your website is displayed the plugin injects CSS. In other words it doesn’t modify your website at all only injects styles when the page is displayed.
So kirschjo it seems that in your case the problem persists. If you want you can create a temp admin account and I’ll login to your website to see what’s happening. If you can’t do it I’ll understand because some people don’t want to give admin access to their blogs, but thanks to this I managed to resolve few problems already. You can send me the details through this form: https://fontsforweb.com/contact/create

In reply to: HELP! "Font Plugin" not working properlyThe problem has been solved, please try again and I hope that the fix will make you change your mind about rating. Temporary problem shouldn’t be a reason for rating bad immediately!
@workhardplayhard – is a temporary problem a reason to rate the plugin “1” instead of writing to support?
Please try again. This should be working now.
It looks like the problem which was randomly impacting users was finally solved. That was hard to detect and reproduce, but now it has been solved by API hosting company. Enjoy using the plugin!
Sorry for the problem. That was a silent error which was impacting random users, and it was fixed by hosting company now. Hope you’ll have fun with the plugin!
Hi Pieter,
you have to delete the broken selection. Move your mouse over the list of selections dropdown below “pick any element” button and click on red cross which will appear on the right hand side.hope this will help.
cheers,
PawelThanks for sharing James. What system are you using? Why couldn’t “font_files” folder be automatically created?
Hi Alecia,
sorry for that unexpected problem. It was a database crash so the plugin crashed too. I fixed it as soon as I noticed but there were more people experiencing the problem. Hope you and everyone else will have no more problems with it.best,
PawelSorry to see that you were having problems. What you described was a technical problem which has been fixed. Now you can use your password to activate the plugin and it will work.
If you requested a refund of your $0,99 then it’s done, but your password will not allow you to upgrade the plugin anymore.
Why is it $0,99/mo not a one-off payment?
Unlike downloadable software for which you can pay once and use it forever, this is a web service. It requires a running server which is delivering contents i.e. fonts, and provide services i.e. “upload” tab where you can upload your fonts which are then converted using the service).I hope that my answer was helpful and you’ll be able to use the plugin without any problems.

Nice to see that the problem is gone. How did you solve it? Was update enough or was it a conflicted plugin? If yes what was the name of that plugin?
I’m trying to make the plugin work even with really bad plugins which are sometimes overwriting jQuery.
