Yes, I am as well. Exact same problem. I figured out that it was probably because we were not using the Pro version…so, we upgraded but it was NOT clear whether we were uploading a new plugin that wasn’t connected to the existing free version we had installed…a separate install etc…and a different product name. Bad, interface UX etc. Anyway…I’ve installed it and have finally found the checkboxes to enable CVV / AVS etc. BUT, am getting this error: Pro version of Moneris gateway plugin is already active, Please deactivate it first to install the free version.

Please advise!!

Thank You for your response. The link provided ends up stating a 401 Unauthorized error…and still can not locate the “Smart Online Order” app…not sure wha the issue is and nor do I understand if this is a Rights Permission or not associated to our Clover account – but again, there is no indication that this is the case and I don’t know where to conduct my queries…in order to solve this and use your plugin if possible.
