@sterndata I’m not the best at this tech stuff so my apologies. I searched out different hosting companies and chose to change from bluehost to dreamhost. I paid for the new hosting service with dream host and let the old hosting service expire. I pointed my website toward the new hosting service and that’s it. (I feel like I’ve missed something big…?)

@sterndata I previously had my site hosting with Blue host and changed to dream host.

I have tried to add the link of the video and the link of the page…I have updated the link and it still doesn’t play. I appreciate your help and patience.

I have updated the player but the video still will not play.
