I cannot see Debug link at the bottom of my dashboard page when on Jetpack

but now cannot activate jetpack in a permanent way with

one of my plug in authors has told me this

A 304 is not really an ERROR, it just means “not modified”, so it is basically just saying that those files were not downloaded because the were cached and they have not changed so there was no need to download them again.

I am not an expert on this but the desktop.ini in my case was definitely bad news…ask the theme author about it or maybe @sterndata will know

I have been in touch with many happiness engineers from Jetpack but have had no success in resolving this problem.

This is why I am putting this question to the wp et al universe …
