Thank you for your response, but I’m not sure how the above relates to our issue.

The issue we are facing now is that the chosen “Payment Method” during our customers checkout process, is not reflected on our order page.

So the stated “Payment Method” on the order page appears to be “N/A, instead of “Bank Transfer” (title of our BACS payment method）

So it only detects the Simple/Parent products inventory status. Understood.

“exclude backorder” – does not work with variations?

Could you elaborate on that? Does that mean the checkbox won’t exclude variable products that are “on backorder” and not in stock? So it only excludes Simple Product that is on backorder?

Is the reCAPTCHA not supposed to show up before you submit the form?

The screenshot that you sent only shows that you were able to submit a form. However, the problem now being reCAPTCHA is not “active”, hence unable to detect and prevent any spam.

I’ve tested with the same email address multiple times, forms was successfully submitted but reCAPTCHA did not show up.

Or could the case be it doesn’t show up but act as an invisible reCAPTCHA v2 and only show up when it detects any suspicious activity? But I’ve set it to be reCAPTCHA v3 on WPForm.

I did not remove/deactivate Google reCAPTCHA for WPForms, the settings remain the same for WPForm. It’s activated.

I believe you will be able to see it by inspecting the webpage elements?

Unfortunately, Resize Image After Upload has an issue with the uploaded image orientation (it will rotate 90 degrees automatically after the image is uploaded. They mentioned in a forum that it was because of how WordPress process the image and there wasn’t much they can do about it.

however, for those who might have the same problem as I did, I did found a plugin that manages to do the trick, namely “Smart Image Resize for WooCommerce”.

I’m trying to reduce the number of plugins that we are using as much as possible. So if there is PHP coding that will do the trick. It would help me a lot.

Managed to hide it with some CSS coding. Thank you and its resolved.
