In reply to: [WooCommerce Show Attributes] Attributes are not appearing in the cart.Good news! It appears that the Product page had to be deleted and recreated. It had been revised so many times that apparently it just got glitchy! All is well now. Thank you for your support!
Thanks Sam! It worked like a charm! I really appreciate your help!
Brilliant! Thanks so much!
Hi Sam,
Thank you for the Custom CSS to change color. However, that changes the color of the lines that appear in the page not the separator that appears right above the widgets area. I wish I could send a screen shot to you so you can see what I’m seeing in my Customize area. But, perhaps visiting cchwb.org will help. Please take a look at the bottom blue separator then as your eye travels up you’ll see another blue separator and right on top of that one you’ll see a grey separator. That’s the separator that appears above the widget section when I’m customizing the site. Right now I don’t have any widgets, but the grey line appears anyway and I’d like to delete it.I look forward to hearing from you again soon.
Sincerely,
KimberlyThank you for asking. The URL is cchwb.org. I look forward to hearing from you again.
Hello,
Thank you for responding. I’ve submitted a request via the Chronosly Contact and Support page via the link provided, but it didn’t appear that I was able to send the information “privately” so I did not provide access information to the site. Please let me know the best way to do that.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely,

In reply to: [Customizr] Top level Menu won't open linkThank you for your discussion. I just deactivated the CCSlider WP plug-in that had been installed prior to the Customizr theme and it was the culprit in preventing the slider from working! I hope this might help you too!
To clarify…by fix….I mean one for the plugin.
I can’t access the admin dashboard or my website for https://www.theadventuresofflapjack.com Instead, I’m getting the following error message.
“Parse error syntax error unexpected ‘referrer’ (T-String), expecting “, or “;” in/home4/kimcohen/public_html/theadventuresofflapjack.com/wp-content/plugins/wordfence/lib/wordfenceClass.php on line 660″
What can I do to resolve this issue since I cannot access the dashboard at all? Will Hostgator who hosts the site be able to remedy this or is a fix being created and released as I type this?

In reply to: Theme Responsive – Full Width Page (No Sidebar)Hi – I believe I just stumbled across the answer! I checked the “discussion” box and then unchecked the Allow comments, and
Allow trackbacks and pingbacks on this page boxes.Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: Full Width Page Template IssueHi – I’ve created two pages recently and have selected Full Width Page (No Sidebar). Unfortunately, when I either preview or publish the new pages, information that I don’t want to appear shows up. Example: ” Posted on June 28, 2013 by Flapjack — No Comments ↓ ” shows up and a Comments Section also appears at the bottom of the page. I’d not had this problem when I first created the site and those pages I previously created aren’t exhibiting this issue. I thought the problem might be because it’s a child page, but when I just tried to create a new page which will appear in the menu as a parent page, I ran into the same issue. What do I need to do to solve this issue? My website is https://theadventuresofflapjack.com
This issue is showing up on https://theadventuresofflapjack.com/about-the-author/interviews-with-dan-and-flap/
Please please help!
Thanks so much!
Hi Rhys,
Thank you so much for your suggestion. I will definitely update the message to include information about the individual’s spam folder.
As always, I appreciate your help!
Sincerely,
KimHi Rhys,
Thanks so much for getting back to me so quickly and for the heads-up regarding the premium version. No worries about “writing” vs. “programming”. I think you’re being a bit hard on yourself. You do very well! ??Also, I really appreciate your help and have created two pages. One that subscribers see when they first submit their request to sign-up (https://labrescue.wsbydesign.com/an-email-is-on-its-way/)and one that they see when they confirm their subscription by clicking on the link that’s sent to them (https://labrescue.wsbydesign.com/newsletter-subscription-confirmed/).
Hopefully that will work!
Sincerely,
KimHi Rhys,
Thank you for your email. I’d expected subscribers to receive 2 emails as follows:
#1: Sent to subscribers requesting confirmation that they actually submitted a request to “Subscribe”. (language generated by the system)
#2: Sent to subscribers upon receipt of the confirmation welcoming subscribers and setting expectations. (language generated by the webmaster i.e., created in Settings>WP Mail Capture)I see now that the “confirmation” language is tucked into the initial email I crafted via the settings page so my testers didn’t see it and unfortunately (forgive my ineptness), I didn’t see it either.
I guess I’ll need to reword Settings>WP Mail Capture email to something like “Please Confirm Your Subscription” so that it directs recipients to click the confirmation link, and sets the expectation that once that’s done they will receive newsletters and other updates about the rescue.
Do you agree with that approach?
I look forward to hearing from you again soon!
Sincerely,

In reply to: [WP Excel CMS] How do I get links in the spreadsheet to link?Do I need to know PHP in order to get your plugin to work? I’m creating a spreadsheet that I hope to import into a Labrador Retriever rescue site I’m redoing. My hope is that your plugin will allow me to import the spreadsheet so it can be truly used as one by visitors to find the appropriate resources they need in their location. Plus be visually appealing on the page.
Currently my client has a listing of resources on an existing page that is just a jumble. There’s so much information that without organizing it and enabling visitors to filter it to find the resources they need by service type and location, they’re going to be incredibly frustrated.
I’m organizing the spreadsheet by:
Specialty, Location, Name/Address/Telephone Number, Contact,e-mail WebsitePlease let me know. I’m totally at loss when it comes to PHP and would need someone else to create the code for me.
Thanks so much!
