I was having the same issue and read somewhere recently that the featured image needs to be at least 1500px x 1500 px to post. That seems really large to me!

I just sent a post to Facebook (via Publicize) with a photo (featured image) that was 480 x 640 and it worked just fine! However, a few days ago, I tried to send over a post with an image of 630 X 634 and that didn’t show up at all.

I am very frustrated. We are trying to enable Jetpack on a multisite for our clients and it has been one step forward, two steps back all the way!

Weird – I changed my post content to only display 300 characters. Now the category content that was showing at the top of the page is gone??

Now, my only question is if there’s a way to view the tag posts with the picture included. When I click a tag it just takes me to a description. I have to click on the title to see the image.

I went into the settings as suggested in the reply above and just deleted the section below between the asterisks. Did the trick. Hopefully it won’t mess up anything!

That is correct.

My host won’t let me access it or make changes to it for me since it is shared. So I guess we’ll have to go another route. Just wish I knew all this before I had the sites all set up.

How do I access my documentroot so I can make the changes you posted? I have been in contact with my webhost and neither of us can find a file called documentroot, so they suggested I reinstall. Do you think I need to do that?
