Astra has a separate assignment for their mobile menu called “Off-Canvas Menu“.

If you want to use the same menu on both desktop and mobile, you need to assign it to both Primary Menu and Off-Canvas Menu locations.

You can hide a popup from a page by adding a negative targeting condition for it.

In your popup editor, go to Targeting > Pages: Selected > add the page you want to exclude, and then click on the (!) symbol before the condition to make it red.

Could you send us the full error log related to the error?

What you can try is to check if some of your plugins are conflicting with WP Data Access.

If possible, please try to deactivate each of your plugins one by one and check WP Data Access each time.

We also don’t see the init popups ? message in the browser console whenever Popup Maker is active.
