In reply to: [WooCommerce] Reporting Faulty Woocommerce Marketplace PluginJust wanted to confirm that the plugin developer has been very helpful and has now resolved my issue with the plugin. It now provides the functionality to assign multiple store categories when importing stores via the CSV import function.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Reporting Faulty Woocommerce Marketplace PluginHi, sorry for the delay. I was still pressing the issue with the plugin developer but they came back to me today and are still refusing to fix the problem. The name of the plugin is Store Finder for WooCommerce. The specific issue is with the CSV import function. The plugin allows stores to be assigned to different Store Categories using the WordPress tag system. Manually created stores in the admin can be assigned multiple Store Categories. When exporting the stores from a site the data is generated in CSV format and any Store Categories a store has assigned are listed under a column heading of ‘Category’. If the store has multiple Store Categories the values are shown as a single value, comma-separated in the Category column cells. However when importing data via the plugin the comma-separated convention doesn’t work and only the first Store Categories value is imported. I perceive this to be a bug in functionality. I see the ability to assign multiple Store Categories during an import as a reasonably expected function of the plugin and not an extended feature.

In reply to: [AFI - The Easiest Integration Plugin] Omnisend Contact SMS SubscriptionThank you for amending the plugin, much appreciated.
Many thanks, this has worked.
Could you please advise as per my issue above? At the moment I cannot relate more than one product id to each product via CSV.
How do I import multiple IDs under the _crp_related_ids column? I’ve tried comma-separating the ids in the CSV but they are just imported as a single string.
Yes the new version is working for me – many thanks.
