The sync feature is only available in the premium version https://docs.villatheme.com/import-shopify-to-woocommerce/#set_up_child_menu_3487
With the free version, you will need to delete imported products then reimport them again.

The problem is that you added a custom carrier(DHL Parcel) whose URL contains a specific tracking number.
Please go to the plugin settings/Tracking carriers to edit that carrier then replace JVGL06240303000240079338 with {tracking_number} in the carrier URL.

Please forward the email that includes the incorrect tracking number to our official support email address [email protected]

Maybe you imported AliExpress products using custom attributes.
Please check your settings to see if “Use global attributes” is enabled.
