Have you created the spreadsheet using a “new” Google Docs spreadsheet? If so it might be that. Try using the link at the bottom of this blurb to create the spreadsheet: https://support.google.com/drive/answer/3541068?p=help_new_sheets&rd=1

Hi having the same problems with the new Google Sheets. Have created a new spreadsheet and can’t get it to feed through. Still using a spreadsheet from the old Google and at the moment it’s still working, but Google says they’re all going to get converted at some point. Bit worried the tables on my site – https://www.london-premier-league.co.uk – which make very good use of your plugin will disappear one day. Bloody Google!

And my uploads folder – should I be protecting it and if so how?

You’re right Roy. And I’ve got nearly to the bottom of this – thanks for responding. Basically, I tried to restore the wrong database – yes, I’m a t*at and I’m very sorry.

Have restored the database now and my posts are back, the only thing is the images have disappeared from the site and my users still aren’t there.

Any idea why that might be and what I can do? Sorry to be a pain (I’m learning this WordPress thing through trial and error).

Ahem. No. Thought that question was coming… But surely if the hosting company have done so it shouldn’t be a problem (I will do so as well of course in future…).

I’ve got exactly the same problem – think files must be missing but don’t know which ones. How do you complete the upgrade?

Having similar problems and can’t understand it – any ideas?
