I totally forgot.
It seems it has to do something with VAT.
UPS is adding VAT to their postage, no matter what you are sending.
Most of my items are zero rated, which means, that also the VAT is zero rated. So only the postage without VAT is added to the customer invoice, but charged at UPS which leaves me out of pocket for the VAT charged.
Does that make sense?

thank you for your help!I also noticed that I, as admin, was – don’t ask me why – in the B2C group, which was set not to see the prices etc.
So, after I changed that and reduced the visibility to the B2B users, all was as it should ??I know the reason. They tried to log in with the wrong username.Several times in a row and then were blocked
there is nothing in the lockout tab. this was the first place I looked at
right,
I tried the “Ashe” template and it works perfectly well there!
So the fault was definitely with the template (not that I had any doubts!)
