if im not sure but i guess by default box is not visible.
you have to activate this box.
to do this …
go to seo DASHBOARD > also known as “Yoast WordPress SEO: General Settings”
in this tab….3 heading are there..
General
Tracking
Security
chk this security option … if this option is active,then your boxes are hidden.
just un-check this option…
save settings.
then open post
now Box is visible….

there is one thing..the way you want things.will create more confusion.suppose if you added 1 more category(country),with index property “True” with post…then which one will be used …
no index = news
index = countryso,its better to use post wise index.
