The css data has been processed and minify in header. You can check it in <head> tag
Your idea is very good, but in almost case it will cause unwanted changes, eg somewhere in that section has been replaced with a different image.
BUT
the new feature “Element Presets” will do it better. Please wait for version 2.4

The sections are some thing like presets date, it’s not related to live content. So you can not make a change in a place to change on another place with same “section”

Step 1: you can overwrite the kc_row map or alter your option in function.php of your theme https://docs.kingcomposer.com/add-map-param/
Step 2: Copy kc_row template to your template folder ( wp-content/themes/{actived-theme}/kingcomposer ) and edit it with new option. Read more about template path https://docs.kingcomposer.com/set-template-path/

@betamat1 Oh, if you use “Raw Code” element so it will not convert from “Enter character” to break lines on the frontend. Because the “Raw Code” element is for the developers who want to add HTML, CSS, JS code and it must be kept the code format.
Please use “Text Block” element instead.

It seems to be a conflict of a 3rd party plugin, it has prevented KingComposer’s filters.
Would you able to list all of your plugins are activated on your site?
PS/ I’m questioning SEO plugin has prevented our filters. While waitting your response I’ll test with Yoat SEO plugin.
