@joroabv It’s not specific to that plugin. I’m not using it. I’m enabling categories for Pages directly in my theme’s functions.php file.

Can confirm that dropping the priority to 9 when adding categories/tags to pages did fix the issue for me. Removing/re-adding your filters (with no changes to aforementioned priority) did nothing on my install.

I also have a few of my own in-house plugins, but I’ve already tried disabling them for testing and it had no effect. I think you’re right and it’s a timing issue.

For network reasons, I unfortunately cannot grant support access to the site. It’s a private employees only website on an internal server that you can only access via our in-office network or company VPN.

Please trying re-saving your permalink structure. (Go to Settings > Permalinks and click the save button. You don’t need to make any changes, just re-save what’s already there.)

May I ask what version of PHP you are using?

Thanks for the report. This has been fixed in version 2.0.1.

I was not able to reproduce this error on my test site, but as of version 2.0, the plugin has switched to the Endroid QR-code library instead of phpqrcode. Since the error was originating in phpqrcode, updating to 2.0 should eliminate the issue.

You can now create QR codes with a transparent background in version 2.0.

Seeing the same issue when trying to add a business account as well. The error I’m getting is coming from the login with Facebook page after clicking the add business account button, and says “App Not Setup. This app is still in development mode, and you don’t have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions.”

Thanks for the suggestions. They’ve been added in version 1.6.2.

After updating to 2.1.0, the issue seems to be fixed.

1) I’ve emailed you the debug information, as requested.

2) Here is what I’m seeing directly on my server. Each month’s directory is like this (image 1), and the files are all copies of the Google business profile image (image 2).

3) Based on the file timestamps on the server, it began exhibiting this behavior Nov 13, which was the same day I updated to version 2.0.1 according to my versioning software (I use svn, so have a record of all code changes). The plugin is installed on a WordPress multisite, and all sites are displaying the same issue.

The site in question literally only uses Sensei and a couple of its extensions (though I did try disabling all of them and running only the main Sensei plugin. Same result.), plus iThemes Security (which is only active on the live site. I’m seeing the issue both live and in my dev environment). It’s an in-house company training website, so it’s pretty minimal. It IS running on WordPress as part of a multisite, though. That’s really the only unusual thing about it.

Changing to the default them had no effect.
