I went through that list of resources above and completed everything mentioned.. nothing worked. I called GoDaddy and they looked around a little bit, the first time the website was displaying completely blank (white page) and they saw that the .htaccess file was modified and they updated that… the second time I called they had me clean out the database… the last time I called they helped me go through the IP address log, found nothing out of the ordinary.

GoDaddy has nothing else to offer. It seems like most of this type of hack happens on GoDaddy servers, I don’t know if that is directly associated with them or what. They haven’t been able to find anything, nor has Sucuri.

I found some malicious code in one of the .js files inside one of the plugin sites, deleted it and the font has been restored.

I have changed all passwords for everything – ftp, wordpress, databases, etc. It is not deterring this person from accessing the site. Things are disappearing, moving, changing. It is horrible. I”ve reinstalled wordpress in a subdirectory with a new database for testing, still the same thing.

Today the Appearance > Edit link has disappeared, the footer on the main website has also disappeared. The text slider in the header no longer works. And I have not touched code since Friday night. ??

i’m having this issue too – using woothemes canvas theme! anyone find a solution to this yet?
