4 hours and no response. I have just about had it with Jetpack. Nothing but trouble with blog subscriptions and site stats and no help from the “happiness engineers”.

I’ve deleted this jetpack plug in and installed Simple Subscribe. I’ve had a lot of people try to follow my blog without success and I can’t wait for the latest fix on what seems to be a very problem-ridden plugin. Makes me wonder if I should dump the whole Jetpack bundle.

The above post is one month old and still has no response. Is this because the designer doesn’t follow issues raised with his product? And, does WordPress not keep tabs either?

I’m having problems with this plug-in too. I don’t get error messages, it just doesn’t work. And yes, I have downloaded, installed and activated it. Anyone have a solution? Thanks.

I have fixed this by creating a new page entitled ‘Blog’. I create a post, then copy and paste it to the Blog page I created. This allows me to keep my customized home page, where people can pre-order my novel, leave comments and follow. Thanks.

I scrolled down further and, lo and behold, there was Visual Editor. Thanks for the help. It’s been two very long days and I’m pretty punchy. But I’m really happy with what I’ve been able to build so far.

I downloaded this today, installed and activated it, but it still doesn’t show up on my Widgets page.
