The error is just on the test. The CDN is actually working in my case. You have to ignore the test button and instead save your changes and then view the source of your website. You should see some content pulling from MAXcdn. I did.

Didn’t find a definitive solution. I fiddled around based on the Master list link that was provided and it eventually fixed but I’m not sure what did it. Interestingly, I did the same thing on a second blog that had identical issues and it wasn’t fixed until one of the plugins had it’s 2nd “3.1 upgrade” released. Apparently the first try didn’t actually fix the plugin. Also worth noting is that deactivating the plugin didn’t solve the problem. Good luck!
