when i mean vouchers i mean a business can add there business to the business directory with there info etc as the directory plugin does, but also can add a vouch for there business…

so bob the builder can list his business and also offer a 10% discount (or what ever) when the public print the voucher and present to business.

i don’t mean offering a discount to business to list there business.

cheers, i don’t tend to read posts that are over 3 years old as many of the plugin listed in them are out of date or not compatible with current versions

user role editor does not have anything to do with screen options / what is dispayed to users on the backend.

also how do you set the default options, ie set the screen option to on colume on main page etc with just the quick post widget etc?

i HAD that plugin but this didn’t do what i wanted it to do at the time and i moved to the adminimize plugin https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/adminimize/ to remove feature that the users role couldn’t

do you know if the user role can defo set screen options for user profiles and if user roles can run along side adminimize? ie compatible together

sorry i nedd to expand on this a little big as it seems a little confusing

if i a user under the role of author logs into the back end they can do all the above but they can also access some plugs which i dont want them to be able to access, for example they can access the contact7 form plugin options and wp bannerise plugin to name a feu

as if the backup of the files isn’t actally creating a backup but just creats the zip download when you click the download link….

where i store my backup on the server and download if and when i need them

deactivated my theme via FTP via renaming the folder and loaded the site in twenty twielve.

reloaded the function.php with a backup file

renamed the theme folder back to original name

re-actived theme in admin

sorted!
