I’m urgently trying to upload 66 new products and I keep getting the message ‘something went wrong’

I’ve tried uploading just 1 product and I still get the error message.

I’ve selected Yes for ‘Check javascript console!’, how do I click to see the console error so I can paste it here?

Can I receive help asap please?

Solved the issue. I deactivated all the plugins on my local site then Duplicated and uploaded the files again.

dw I’ve fixed the downloading file issue. Trying to get Duplicator working still

My old site isn’t even working now, I deleted the installer and package but it just downloads a file, it has thrown everything off.

Do you have any ideas?

I’ve tried this and unfortunately all it does is save the Installer in my downloads when visit aaronkitney.com/installer.php

It seems to have fixed the problem, thanks so much for the quick support.

It appears inside FTP that the 2013 Uploads folder is empty, do you think dropping the unzipped folder for Uploads inside FTP should resolve the issue? It won’t corrupt the site further will it?
