Okay, scratch disregard. The hits that were filled in were chopped off. I lost 400 hits in a matter of seconds. So, once again..is there a problem with Jetpack?

Disregard, it looks like it’s working again with all the missing hits filling in.

My stats are back and it looks like it’s filling in all the missing traffic. I only hope it doesn’t happen again mid-afternoon like it did yesterday!

When it is eventually fixed, will they fill in all the missing traffic from yesterday and today? I’m thinking that may not be possible. My ad publisher retrieves the all stats from wordpress, so this doesn’t bode well for some who monetize their site.

It’s gotten worse. Since it turned midnight, my stats remain at ZERO, although I’ve already gotten 70 hits. Please fix this as soon as you can.

This is still happening to my site. My WP stats are more than cut in half! I’m getting only 50 hits an hour when it’s showing 400 plus as usual via feedjit. Please help!?!

I deactivated all-in-one favicon and tried the Jetpack site icon. Unfortunately it’s doing the same thing. Favicon only shows on admin pages ??

Hi, Balint! Thank you for coming back to check and more advice! That said, I use Google Chrome 100%. I also did delete the cache in Super WP. I’m thinking you could be right that it’s probably either no updates, or my theme is not working with it since it’s old (I need to switch to a new theme, but my downloaded theme previews only last for 1 second then go blank!). But, maybe the Jetpack option will work. I’ll wait until I hear back from you before making any moves.

Thank you so much for all of that info, Balint! That said, I have WordPress Super Cache installed and activated. How would I go about flushing and recreating it? Also, you mean to look for the favicon,ico in my control panel bluehost files, right?

I definitely want to activate a new theme, songdog, like Twenty Twelve, but if you read above, I’m afraid to because the previews of every theme I’ve tried have shown missing or crooked widgets, ads and all kinds of wonky stuff. I’m hoping someone knows someone who can activate a new theme for me making sure everything stays as is.

I’m reviving this thread because I’m thinking that my old ‘Pool’ theme, which is now retired, is probably the cause of the above errors. That being said, I’ve downloaded a few other themes, mainly wanting to go with Twenty Twelve, but when I preview all of these themes, my widgets, ads, and other things seem to go wonky or not appear at all, hence why I’ve refrained for so long from switching themes. I’ve read in these forums about making a backup of your site and using that to activate, but I’m mostly in the tech realm, and would surely mess things up.
