Thank you for your very thorough, quick, and helpful reply. I have donated for the plugin in the past because it is very good. I will most likely be purchasing the customization extension or doing what you suggest. Since today is Sunday, I will be waiting until tomorrow. I appreciate your taking the time to help on a Sunday.

I appreciate your response. Instead of opening the sign up in the designated Beaver Builder accordion, it is defaulting to the Sunday accordion. I think that this is because it usually opens a sign-up page. Ugh! The Sunday sign up worked fine; all of the others do not. Having a bunch of long sign ups on one page is not very attractive looking.

I am wondering whether multiple sign-ups on one page is causing the glitch. I just clicked sign up on Thursday, and it took me to the top of the page. I clicked on the Sunday accordion (Beaver Builder created), and the Thursday sign up showed up under Sunday.

I should mention that I did not change a thing. People were signing up yesterday. I woke up this morning to find two emails, letting me know that clicking “sign up” took them to the top of the page. I signed those two people up from the backend.

No updates have run, etc.

I have used the plugin plenty of times with no issues. Clicking sign-up cycles it back to the top of the page. It was working fine before this morning. People were signing up. I have posted the question to Beaver Builder, too.
