I vote for this fetaure too! Would be prepared to pay for it in a premium version as I can’t find a solution out there for sending the same message to customers. Right now I have to copy and paste set messages and then edit to correct the details, clunky and not ideal.

I have no idea why this is not standard practice, if it’s out of stock customers generally won’t go into the individual product page as…. it’s out of stock! I have used this plugin for probably 5 years now, but I got a developer to put the “Notify Me” button on the shop view, it’s essential!

I sorted out how to delete that line. i decativated the plugin, deleted the line and then reactivated the plugin. Still saying error…..

I have tried deactivating and then reactivating the plugins (we have the Auto delete plugin as well), but still the error message is displaying. please advise next steps.

Thanks for the response. I understand about the theme and copying the files across, the issue I have is what code do I use so that I can display the product name on the email template instead of “a Product”? Also how to display the customers name instead of the impersonal “Hi there” which it is currently. Can you please advise?
