After a nice response from support I can now happily say that my refund has been processed. I am happy for this issue to be closed.

The same has happened to me.

Horrible company to deal with and I doubt anyone has had a refund from them.

They insist on access to your WP site to resolve issues, and I would never trust them to do this.

Just a note to anyone else out there …. if you ask to exercise the 30 day money back option then “TrustIndex” becomes “silentIndex”.

Come on guys … if you don′t mean to honour it then don′t offer it.

And if you are going to honour it then sort out your processes and respond to people.

Thinking about this further, its probably not the right product for me until it can do what I want without the need for splitting each location into a separate domain. I have requested a refund, but please do let me know when the feature I need is available.

Hi, Technically this is ok for me, as I have the PRO package.

But if I use this approach I will use up my limit of 5 domains. Within 3 months I will need more domains as I add more stores. I do not think it is fair to pay for unlimited domains just to solve a technical issue.

Thanks, it is as you both suggested, and is now working fine. I am letting Ubermenu load the API as there’s no need for Event manager to do so for me, since all bookings are for a single site and there’s no need to complicate things.

Off to go upgrade to Pro Event Manager (already have Pro Ubermenu)!

Hi,

I am using suffusion theme and I can’t really try another theme as there are too many thing dependent on it.

You can see the google map on the contact tab of the menu. Its working at the moment, but if I enable the Event Manager Plug-in then it stops working immediately.

I will rasie this with Ubermenu as well, but if there is anything non-standard in the way that event manager controls google maps then it would be good to understand it. Is there anything I can turn off?

I do not need Event Manager to display ANY maps, so it is frustrating that a non-required functiojn could prevent me using what otherwsie would be a good solution. If I can resolve this then I will most likely upgrade to the pro-version.
