ok – just figured out how to test for conflict I think

in firefox went to firebug and console errors says this

e(“form.variations_form”).on is not a function

Why wouldnt this be a function included in the plugin? IS there anything my theme is doing to conflict this issue?

For every category I choose its showing this at the start of my blog post

This is line 53 (I think)

the amount of times its showing up seems to be relevant to the amount of categories I have selected so if one blog post has 4 categories etc showing up 4 times… another has 2 so its showing up twice please help!

I really like this widget and I have another one called slickrflickr which I have display as a slideshow with a 5 sec delay

is there anyway I can produce code to make the randomtext generate a new code without having to refresh?

Maybe using some preexisting code from slickrflickr?

any help you code provide would be greatly appreciated!!!

I’m SOOO NEW to php, css, html etc I have only been learning it the last few weeks so please forgive me if this isnt half damn obvious but I wanted to post it here as its what I needed it to do and it worked for me…

I used Yoast breadcrumbs in conjunction with NextGen Gallery

To make it work I selected my page.php and duplicated it to create a page_gallery.php that I would use for my NextGen Gallery pages.

Then I inserted the breadcrumb code where I wanted it to appear and then made whatever changes I wanted to the breadcrumb design through the toolbar settings with Yoast.

Now I changed all my NextGen Gallery pages to the New Template page design and TA DAH!!!! IT WORKED !!!

I’m sorry I’m so excited about this but its so simple and obvious now that I know what I have done its just I’m a complete Newbie to PHP, HTML and CSS and I have done my website all by myself and I am soo proud LOL!!!

ANYWAYS!!! take a look here https://www.kizzieskorner.com and click on the gallery menu – there you can see the breadcrumb in action only on PAGES created for my NextGen Gallery and not EVERY Page created!!!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE NextGen Gallery it makes my life sooo much easier…!!

That gallery plugin is brilliant! works like a charm thanks!! you saved me alot more time trying and researching different ones to make them work! my site is almost complete to actually start putting info in now! I have two more questions if you are about! They should be small minor questions!

Oh yeah I’m a friggen genius!

Well not really

BUT I figured it out!!!

You create your album…In Album Settings

then you add your album (which is in the right hand coloumn and highlighted orange) to the album setting that you just created and then link that to a page you want!..

then you create a gallery and in the page you have linked the album too you add the short code!

Is there anyone who has completed the task above before and got their albums to link to different pages?

is it possible to compress the images and optimize them for web at all when I save them in Photoshop as they are just saved as .PNG

I was looking at galleries all day yesterday…
do you have any suggestions…. all I would like to do is open up my gallery button to a page in the notebook with albums of pics and titles underneath that people can click on and then that album opens up all the bigger pictures from that album in a new page…

Gallery Page > albums with thumbnails and titles > larger pics of the albums once the thumbnail is clicked on.

I’m sort of getting a bit lost with all this new script writing and java etc if you could point me into a direction or have any ideas that would be great!
