The reason why were have not added Instagram to the mix yet, and believe me we want to, is because Instagram does not have an official way to create a Follow Badge. Yes there are some third party methods out there but we only want to give you the option to add the Follow Badge if is create and maintained by the company themselves.

What I meant was a user not a customer, so just someone who downloaded this plugin from the repository.

Anyways I was not currently aware that we are not able to provide private support via these forums. Do you have some more detailed documentation on this matter? I would love to go over this in more detail to help me understand how I can better serve our users and be within the WordPress forum guidelines ??

Thanks again for the information Jan. This is our normal process of debugging but most people do not have the ability to just deactivate all there plugins and change themes, unless they have a testing environment.

So you enabled WP_CRON and the automatic resharing is still not working? Can you confirm that after enabling WP_CRON you activated and deactivated the Content Resharer account to reset the automatic sharing?
