But it isn’t working in that way. It is not just showing up once per browser session but once per page reload.

Is there something else I am missing? I basically want people to be able to browse the whole website and when they try to leave then it pops up only once. If they come back the same day then it does the same thing again.

Yes- I can see the shipping associated with the seller_id- ie separate shipping prices in each order. But is there a way to spit this out in a csv/ excel etc using your plugin?
