Thanks for the reply. I added the code to my style.css file in my child theme folder, and changed 15% to 5%. However, nothing seems to have changed.
Am I doing something wrong?

It is a widget (appearance> widgets) in Content Bottom 2. Do you know how I can get it to the top of the page like on this www.ads-software.com website?
