I was told we already paid for all of our plug in upgrades, bc this is a corporate account…

How did you get the upgrade?? this is my company site, and we paid for everything- but the WPBakery is telling me that my VC 4.7.4 is the most up to date – how did you get the 4.11??

Thank you Dania2013mba – my WP is not giving me the option to update to VC 4.11, it is telling me VC 4.7.4 is the most recent and up to date

they ppl who developed it are gone. @mark I have been trying the support site they sever keeps having an error when I accept the terms – I think I am just giving up today

I already own the licences and we paid a lot of money to have this site developed… do you know why the 4.11 is not showing up in my updates? Why I am only at 4.7?

I cannot downgrade bc I do not have access to our FTP client server – so annoying!

Its says 4.5 – now, I know google has been threatening to no longer support Java Script – but I tried in both Chrome and IE…I wonder if this upgrade was a preemptive strike to protect us if Google stops supporting Java— Visual Comp is all java…

I am having the same issue. I upgraded to 4.5 and visual composer will not load. someone said to manually downgrade but i do not have access to my companies FTP Client server. What the heck should I do? I literally cannot edit my company site.
