The plugin code should add the data-key via code [https://github.com/krokedil/klarna-onsite-messaging-for-woocommerce/blob/d9562ad79c64b5e5e8383a3085769937f7316ca7/includes/klarna-onsite-messaging-functions.php#L321] (based on your screen shots)
hopefully with direct communication [https://krokedil.com/support/] , it can be determined why that isn’t working as expected in your storefront

In reply to: [Klarna for WooCommerce] errorsKlarna supports testing in a non-production environment (playground); playground test credentials are free and automated to create here: https://js.playground.klarna.com/mjolnir/das-gui/playground/eu/index.html
While I don’t get the data-key is missing error (in Chrome incognito window)
I do see that the data-key param is missing a value:<klarna-placement class="klarna-onsite-messaging-product" data-preloaded="true" data-key="" data-locale="el-GR" data-theme="default" data-purchase-amount="22000"></klarna-placement>
Klarna on-site messaging placements types (e.g. credit-promotion-auto-size) are documented here: https://docs.klarna.com/conversion-boosters/on-site-messaging/additional-resources/placements/
Code for OSM placements can also be copied from Klarna Merchant Portal -> Conversion boosters (top menu) -> On-site messaging -> Placements
Hope this helps!
Confirmed per above that contents within the Klarna Checkout container is controlled by Klarna Checkout code, and the Express button within that container is not configurable per merchant account.

In reply to: [Klarna for WooCommerce] WPML problemv3.8.3 was released 2024-Nov-12 with:
“Tweak – If the locale is modified, the existing session will be dropped, and a new one will be created. This should ensure that Klarna has the correct locale, and improve compatibility with i18n plugins.”
Please update (ideally first in a non-production environment) and retest, and share feedback.
Thank you for the patience for this update!
Closing, as fixed in v3.8.3 (released 2024-Nov-12)

In reply to: [Klarna for WooCommerce] On-site Messaging Not DisplayingHi @sarahrea ,
Checkout pages don’t commonly have on-site messaging, so that may be something else Klarna related on that page.
If On-site messaging stopped working on your shop after an update, please review:
- your Klarna client-id (to verify a valid value is entered for that field), per: https://docs.klarna.com/platform-solutions/e-commerce-platforms/woocommerce/conversion-boosters/how-to-install-on-site-messaging-on-woocommerce/ (the client id for your Klarna account can be retrieved from the Klarna Merchant Portal at: https://portal.klarna.com)
- confirm your shop’s domain is whitelisted in Klarna Merchant Portal
- additional troubleshooting tips at: https://docs.krokedil.com/klarna-for-woocommerce/additional-klarna-plugins/klarna-on-site-messaging/
If the above don’t resolve the issue, likely more information will be needed, as detailed at: https://krokedil.com/support/

In reply to: [Klarna for WooCommerce] Checkout payment method label defaultHappy to share that the Outlined theme for the Express checkout [https://docs.klarna.com/conversion-boosters/express-checkout/additional-resources/button-styling/#theme-outlined-theme] is available now in the Woo Klarna plugin, with v3.7.0+
Seems that was the last open item for this support thread, but please share @1ata if any other support is needed.

In reply to: [Klarna for WooCommerce] Can’t disable certain payment optionsHi again @35mmd ,
Also worth noting that merchants get paid out for the full order amount when customers use the pay later (invoice) payment option when the order is captured (in Woo shop, when the order is set to Completed status), while customers can pay Klarna later. More info at https://woocommerce.com/products/klarna-payments/ and https://www.klarna.com, e.g. https://www.klarna.com/business/payment-methods/
