I bought the Workscout Theme where these plugins were included, but theme developer dont want to support me.. ?? And here as well not. And on the website only when I directly bought the plugins there. Its really sad … I’ll try the pre-sales-form … maybe it helps ??

problem is already solved, usually I solve issues of my customers within 24-48 hrs.
But yes the issue was in the theme.pot which was not correct edited and translated…. thank you anyway for your answer.

Easy solution: Use another plugin which is working and supported by the developer.

You can not post link for your data privacy because of free plugin?

I just tried it, but even with incognito browser, delete all caches and so on – the deactivation of “Mark emails on the site as successfully encoded” does not lead to the solution unfortunately. No matter if logged in or as guest … cross-checked it many times with different browsers.

Only setting the complete page as “Exclude post id’s from protection” shows the Icon correctly, what is really a pity, because exactly this page is really urgent needed to get protected!

Especially your hint with the theme and the name kava-de_DE.mo and the folder was very valuable.

But even when I changed this according to your instructions, the translation is still missing.
As well “Say what” does not could help here anything, so that I assume, that there is something else wrong. Normally I would just edit the “original” PO and write the german instead the english word in there, but in this case I need as well the english version, due to multilanguage of the website.

Do you have any other idea, why it is not translated?

Exactly @stormman – it is ridicoulus that a company like Elementor is needed to argue with customers about 50$ refund. So the lost now much more than just these 50$!

Maybe I expressed myself not really good:

I speak about 1 Page and different blocks or coloumns.
When I click on a picture on this page – how can I do it, that both columns or blocks changing their content? (of course not external, but in the same window, otherwise it would make no sense).
