Thank you @alexgso we are able to solve this. The plugin having the issue is Visual Email Builder by Sushil Kumar . Is there a reason why there is this conflict?

I am not sure its the any conflict cause the I did deactivate the plugins and the issue is that, payment is supposed to validate form submission but this time, its not like that @amimulihsanmahdi

So i did this GAND-FM- : random : 10000-#year# but the year didnt work. @missveronicatv

So how do I implement that to have the year at the end of the ID say ‘-24’ @missveronicatv

I found this plugin https://github.com/MissVeronica/um-unique-user-account-id having the same thing but different codes….this uses the unique-account-id or? Can you check this out….I was using this plugin previously before the membership one @missveronicatv

No, I don’t have um_unique_account_id as a meta_key in the table. The new users do not have the um_unique_account_id but the older users have the um_unique_account_id meta_key @missveronicatv
