I’m looking at it now. I’m going to number the steps for easier trouble shooting.

1) Connection Issues Tab is clear – There wasn’t any
2) There is a connectivity issue
wp_remote_post() test back to this server failed! Response was: cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate
3) Cleared all Wordfence Central connection Data
4) The connectivity issue is still there
5) When I go to the Dashboard it says ‘Reconnect This Site’ so I don’t think it is fully cleared everything.
6) I get the same error.

I’m not sure it isn’t a Incapsula or CDN issue. This is a service provided for free by Blue Host and I don’t see how to add Whitelist or Allow options? I turn it off and will check again tomorrow.

If I get premium do you think someone could help? I’d prefer not to pay for it and it still doesn’t work.

So far I’ve worked with four different BlueHost support people. Each has told me problem solved and the Plug-In has been removed.

It always comes back within an hour.

I’ve use the File Manager and went to the Plug-In directory to make sure there is not Jetpack directory/folder. Should I be looking somewhere else?

I’m going to call BlueHost again tonight, but I can’t figure out why this keeps reappearing.

As I said above, I’m helping someone out and as such I don’t have an account to open a ticket.

I thought I could, perhaps, get some advice and help from users of WPBakery or more experienced WordPress users.

I was looking at that and didn’t see anything on uninstall. I know there are a lot of options on that page. Can you give me a more specific link?
