In reply to: [WooCommerce Shipping] Rate not found: First@spi1199 See my video below on how I was able to purchase First Class for the package with your dimension. When I say custom package I mean you should not save it, the bug happens when you save the custom package. A fix should go out Monday.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Shipping] Rate not found: First@spi1199 Thanks for that correction, as mentioned we have a fix for this that will go out with the next release. The bug is only present in Saved Packages. For now you can work around this by creating a custom package for these items with every label purchase.
Can you confirm if you use a custom package with those dimensions you are still able to purchase a label for First Class?

In reply to: [WooCommerce Shipping] Rate not found: FirstHey @chprpipr, we found a bug with this and are working on a fix.
The bug is isolated to using Saved Packages, for now if you want to work around this you can just use a Custom Package and ensuring the dimensions are not more than 11.5in x 6.125in x 0.75in and selecting the letter type, this is a bit more work since you will have to manually enter the custom details with every label you purchase, but we should have a fix ready for the next release.
We do apologize for any inconvenience this is causing.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Shipping] Possible conflict with Stripe plugin – CORS errorI had a look at your beta site and I could not reproduce the error as you describe. I was able to place an test order through stripe and saw WooCommerce Shipping was enabled while doing so.
Can you please confirm if you resolved the issue?

In reply to: [WooCommerce Shipping] Rate not found: FirstHi @chprpipr, sorry to hear you are experiencing issues. USPS First class is very reliant on maximum specific package dimensions and weight.
The maximum dimensions for a package to ship with First Class is 11.5in x 6.125in x 0.75in and the maximum weight is 13oz. You will also need to mark the package as a Letter.
Would you be able to share what your setup looks like when attempting to get First Class rates and make a purchase?

In reply to: [WooCommerce Shipping] OUNCES!Hi @snoopsbme, I am letting you know that we listened to your feedback and implemented the option to select the weight unit when creating a label, we have even automated the conversions. Hopefully this shows our dedication to improving the product and would make you reconsider changing your review.
At present we do not offer te ability to purchase additional insurance for packages, but you can perhaps look into a solution like https://woocommerce.com/products/norton-shopping-guarantee-with-package-protection/
As for UPS, this is not currently supported, however we are actively working on onboarding new carriers so we might have support for additional carriers very soon.
Have a great day!

In reply to: [WooCommerce Shipping] Undefined Array Key “version”Hi @purplegatefarm, this is just a warning and should not causing any issues with the functionality of your site. That said we have already fixed the warning and it will go out with the next release this week still.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Shipping] GreedyHey @cleslie577, WooCommerce Shipping does not require any subscription so your review is really a bit unfair.
I am not sure if you expect us to allow you to print shipping labels and ship packages for free as I am sure no other service out there would give you that would. We do in fact give you access to heavily discounted shipping labels you will find hard to get elsewhere.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Shipping] Sucks – and no option to re-purchase labelsHi @womac911, thanks for laying out your workflow for us, it definitely helps us understand how you use the product to help improve it.
An improvement I see you can make to your workflow is around the weight field, it seems your products does not have weight values defined. I would urge you to please edit your products and then add weight values to each.
At present why things are not automated for you is because of the missing weight on products, once you update the products, the package weight will be automatically calculated and then shipping rates will be automatically fetched and your last service purchased will be auto selected so you could technically just click the purchase button then.
As for the auto open of print dialog, we removed this because a lot of users complained this was annoying, but I think we can find compromise by allowing this to be a setting that can be enabled, please keep an eye on a future release for this new option.
