    Thanks Vladinka,
You’re probably right. But I actually do prefer the subfolder option and was able to restore the pages that were not displaying correctly. It’s still odd at how random it was. Thanks again for taking the time to respond. I think I’ll just run with it for now.

OK – after a few hours of sleep, the noodle is cooking better ??

Apparently, every widget, page or description of text with a quote or apostrophe either disappeared or replaced the quote marks with a hieroglyph. Thankfully it was easy enough to recreate.

I’d still like an explanation on why it did that if anyone knows, so this will go smoother in the future.

    Thanks again!

For some reason, this isn’t working with a child theme. Does anybody know how to get a child theme to recognize the ATHENA.PHP file? Thanks.

Even though you switched themes, I found a solution.

    WEBSITE FOLDER > INC > ATHENA > ATHENA.PHP

inside the folder search for DESIGNED BY and edit the Url and Name from that section or remove it all together

    Good will hunting.

Thanks, I don’t think I explained that very well ?? I’ll try to be a little more specific.

Let’s say I have 10 products and each product has its own price-table. So I’m putting one price-table on each product page (10 total price-tables). Now let’s say I have 3 packages in each price-table for each product, called “copper” “silver” “gold.” And there is a button at the bottom of each package that says “buy now.” Now I would have 30 packages and need to know which button they clicked on to know which package they selected. I suppose I could build 30 forms, but that seems extreme.

I basically don’t want to send the user to a generic form and expect them to enter the details from the package they just clicked on. I would like it to auto-fill somehow. I guess I am only wondering if there is a way to create a variable or something in the button link that loads INTO a Contact Form 7 (or similar) text input so the customer only has to enter their name and phone number, and all the package info will already be there? Click submit and you’re done.

For further example, if they want “Widget A – Gold Package” is there a way to simply add that text “Widget A – Gold Package” to the button that somehow auto-fills a text input in the form? Or is the only way to do it, to build 30 contact forms?

Thanks again. Really appreciate it. Kevin

Thanks. I did look at the error log that was on the server. there are several days worth of errors that look like this:

[09-Dec-2015 09:49:46 UTC] PHP Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/p264hab6/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-super-cache/wp-cache-base.php:4) in /home/p264hab6/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-super-cache/wp-cache-phase1.php on line 222

I assumed those were the result of Register suspending the account. Do you know?

It is not my site so i will have the owner scan his cpu.

    Thank you for the help.

Thanks Geoffrey. I’ve been through that list, but I’m not a hacker or a computer science guy, and no one has all day to spend reading all the posts and comments about the subject, so I was hoping to run into someone who had the same experience and could simplify the process. I’m just stabbing in the dark and hoping it’s right.

All I’ve found so far is some Frontpage stuff in the htaccess file that I didn’t put there, and some corresponding folders. I deleted those, but I’m not sure that’s it.

If no one else responds it’ll have to be trial by fire, and we’ll see if it passes inspection.

    I appreciate the response.
