When de-activating Pagebuilder of Site Origin, the respective teams are displayed. Not in the format as before, though. And, I am certain the teams were displayed some weeks back whilst I also used Pagebuilder.
To be honest getting rid of pagebuilder is no option.
Deactivating all other plugins one-by-one did not have an effect on the non-display

Update: normal link to other page works now (the problem was – and is- a bug with the “visit site” function) but have still not succeeded creating a proper page jump from the icon.

I have managed to create a working page jump with the “more info”, but actually, I do want the link to work from the button directly and don’t want to have the “More info” displayed.

Is that possible?

Misplon? I have bought the pro version of vantage, is there another support forum that may help me, too?

Btw. the modifications I did seem not to be lost, since I can see that there is a version being saved under revisions.
In another topic from last year the single.php was identified as having caused the problem…

unfortunately, the issue is not resolved. I can see additional rows and widgets in the design mode but the view mode does nto show them…

Hi.
Just posted the same question on your paratheme page. Then read this. I adjusted Grid item max Height(px) to 180, then 1000 and even 2000. But nothing changed with the pictures, still cropped in the same way as before.

I have not re-copied the team shortcode since that did not change with the new settings.

So I have the same problem as wpkids.

fyi: I have manually deleted th two php files in the plugin folder via ftp, but I could not delete the folder itself. Will that crete a problem lateron?

I have several questions with regard to employees:

since I still have this “editor problem” where would I be able to put the above?

And in order to have the photos same size, do I need to upload with same size?

I wanted to display 4 employees in one row, but this seems not possible, only three, right?

And how would I adjust the order of appearance?

If I only want to display two employee, how do I get them centered? I have this problem with services. I just have two and it looks awful since they are aligned left instead of center and it looks like one is missing.

I have just de- and re-installed again and the problem persists. The help person of my hosting company said that they use the official WordPress version 4.0, so no installation problem.

Sorry, I could not see your post about the file permsission when I wrote my last bit.

I have read through the editing files documentation, but it does not tell me really why I cannot see the editor.

And no, I ma not very familiar with editing these files but there are times when you need to delete a border you don’t like or change a pre-set font size. I usually copy the original css.php file, save it somewhere, edit the copy version and then check if everything works out as I wanted it to. If not I simply put the original version back.

I rarely do that, however, I want to be sure that there is no other bug in the installation set-up. It is not normal that you don’t see the editor in a freshly installed wordpress dashboard.

Do you have an idea where I could check if the config.php looks like it should? I have never been in cpanel. Or where would you check?
