And yes, I did re-install.

I fear it is the same bloody problem as with the editor under appearance.

I surfed a little and plugins that would hide the editor. Which I not installed! I found quotes that referred to changing the configuration.php and the functions.php, bit I am not familiar enough with these to understand them.

Well. Not there. But I have installed the recommended Plugins and imported the types file (i do also see the Types Tab). Henne, no indication that something went wrong with the installation / import.

Nethertheless I can add users and change the role with the functionality on top of the list of users.

Otherwise I have no log-in troubles, so I fear the recommended steps under Troubleshooting Login problems would not solve the problem.

My role name is administrator. But when I called for the url directly it says “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

In the user section I can see that my role is administrator and I am logged in as such. I have a second person with the role administrator but she does not see the editor neither.

In my profile I cannot see the field “role settings”. Hence, apparently, wordpress has registered me as administrator but does not recognize me as such.

What can I do?

Did all of that. So where are they supposed to show up, please?

I wondered about this, too, since the small pic as used in the themes preview lets one assume that the iamge is much higher than the default settings mentioned above.

Looking at the demoversion https://themeisle.com/demo/?theme=Zerif%20Pro one also gets this impression. So is this a pro feature only?

I have checked with my host and we de- and re-installed and the editor is still not there. They are now checking if they have a bug in their wordpress installation files.

It is in any case nothing related to Moesia. Still, if you guys have any further ideas please let me know!!

I have also researched the problem more generally and I have never installed any security plugin nor have I tempered with the config.php…

I have disabled all plugins – still no editor and I even uninsatlled all plugins. Still no editor. I even activated another theme (same problem there: no editor). and reactivated Moesia.

An further ideas? Seems to be a general problem. And no, I am not on multiside mode.
